About the Role:
Bartlett Point S in Conway, AR is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! In this role, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring every vehicle gets the care it needs and every customer leaves satisfied. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and conduct thorough vehicle intake assessments to identify service needs
- Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly to customers
- Coordinate with automotive technicians to prioritize and schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Upsell and recommend additional services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines
- Follow up with customers on vehicle status updates and obtain approvals for additional repairs
- Process repair orders, invoices, and payments accurately upon job completion
- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in automotive customer service preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced shop environment
- Proficiency with automotive service software and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ASE certification or equivalent training is a plus but not required

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
